What are the qualities and attributes that you look for in a co-founder?

 A Ms. Woz to my Mr.Jobs. Someone that can implement the world in my head, populate a eCommerce site, write algorithms. Probably a brilliant woman because her brain is designed so differently and I am vastly unfamiliar with women's emotional purchasing decisions. She can crawl the web to find keywords to change rapidly. Probably a coder, writer that could be a lawyer but, is quiet and loud alone. Maybe a Tim Cook.
